Appetizers and salads include ʻAhi Poke, a traditional Poi Bowl of pounded taro, ʻUlu Mac Salad, Pipikaula (traditional dried beef salad), Mixed Green Salad, and Hawaiian Sweet Rolls served with Lilikoʻi Butter. Entrées and sides feature Teriyaki Steak, Shoyu Chicken, Mahimahi, Kālua Pig & Cabbage, Maui Chow Fun Noodles, Rice, and Molokaʻi Sweet Potatoes.
