  • Refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals due to traffic - please plan accordingly and depart early.
  • No-shows will be charged the full ticket price - cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Guests who cancel with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the event will receive a full refund or credit. In the event the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will also receive a full refund or credit. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact the operator directly by phone. No-shows will be charged the full price of the activity. Please note that late arrivals due to traffic - particularly from the West Maui area - are not eligible for refunds.
