Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund or credit when cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to the event. In the event that the operator cancels the full Dinner & Show due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances before the event begins, guests will receive a full refund. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the show partially or entirely after it has started, guests will receive a credit. No-shows and no-calls will be charged the full price with no refund issued.
